mp3 file loading

Having been using the Wavepad Trial version for the past few days I was happy with it. It was working fine. When the trial expired I decided to purchase a license.

As soon as I activate the software, I get a major problem I never had before with the trial version. When I load up my mp3 files for editing, about half the file is corrupt. I get a solid green block with a high pitched clicking sound.

There is no difference between the trial version and the full version. Perhaps the problem only happens for a particular mp3 file..Does it work if you load other mp3 files or wav files? Or have you tried to play the file in Windows Media Player?

If it works for other files except that particular file, you can send that file us and we will investigate it.
