what happens when you ask for support via http://www.nch.com.au/switch/support.html ?
support queries sent through that method should be responded to within a few days (we get upwards of a hundred or more emails every day, which is lot for a business of our size) , but if your query is taking more than a week for a response, just let us know in this thread or make a new thread if you like.
i saw switch working on OS X Tiger just last week, so we will have to work with you to find out what your issue is.
