rhys_stockwell Every time I try to upload footage to the videopad it keeps crashing. Is there something being done about it as it was working two days ago?
borate Did you update the Mac operating system? There are reports that has caused issues. Prior to loading anything go to OPTIONS | DISK tab and Clear Unused Cache Files.
rhys_stockwell its on windows and i did as you suggested and still just as its about to add the video file to the editer it crashes
borate Best to report this to NCH. Are you using the latest Mac release? If so, that may be the problem, as noted earlier.
