Which (default) midi channel has an instrument when exporting a its score as a midi file?
When the score is written for an organ with two manuals and pedal (in fact three instruments) can I give
each stave a different Midi channelnumber (channel 0 for pedal, channel 1 and 2 for both manuals)?
