Crashing more often than a dunken pilot

Ok, this is really starting to bug me, I am an audio artist, and I use Switch to convert my audio (Ver 1.05), and whenever I open a song, it works flawlessly, but when I have all the preferances set, and I press convert, it just creates a 1 KB file with the extention I wanted, but if you open it, it just links you to the original, what the hell? Someone please help me, I need to get my audio into an uploadable condition soon, thank you.

what extension are you converting to ? i am unaware of any extension in switch that could possibly link you to the original file you converted from, so what you are saying is not possible, you must be interpreting incorrectly what is happening.

an an experiment, try converting to different folders, also try different formats too and see what the result is. i am currently unaware of any problem in switch like this.
