A/V Out of Synch

Is there anything I can do to try to solve an entire video file, approx. 40 minutes, that is just a bit too much out of synch to tolerate?

How was that clip captured or downloaded? Is it out of sync when played in a viewer, such as Windows Media Player, MPC or VLC, or only in Videopad?

If the file that the clip was saved to is available, please share it. Chances are that the issue can be fixed.

Upload the file to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share or Copy. Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, right-click the file, then click SHARE | SHARE and change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.**

Guess what? It is in synch in Windows Media Player!!! So, this is a gigantc thank you & a NEVER MIND. But, for the sake of your curiosity it was captured with Debut. I use the combo of Debut & VideoPad for just about 95% of all that I do & I do a lot!!!! You could call me a very satisfied customer. I recommend y'all all the time.

Good to know. But it shouldn't be out of sync in Videopad. If you have the inclination and time, please upload the file for examination.
