Photos not showing

Windows update crashed my computer. I had to do full reinstall of Windows 11 and all the software.

After reinstalling Photostage, some of the photos which were fine before the reinstall now only show as black blocks.

I am working on a funeral slideshow, so it is becoming stressful... Any ideas, anyone, please?

Reinstall Photostage.

Confirm that the PC's video drivers and Direct-X are current.
