After checking multiple programs, most of them 64 bit and did not work, I finally ran across DR-910 in 32 bit. Mixpad immediately said it also would not work. Same thing happened with Azurite.

I'm trying anything just for one of them to stick, including ones labelled 32 bits still don't register. The last one- Parology- is 32 bits and even displays the NCH logo by the app. Try to add it as a VST in the path and no-show. From my vantage point, nothing above basic works.
