Prerequisite, I use version 13.80, it's what I've used for years, I'm used to it and comfortable but everyone once in a while when swapping back to it after trying the latest version, this annoying thing happens where it's stuck on random presets every time I apply an effect. For instance if I used scale, which I use a lot, it will randomly be in the corner or grow or shrink or something ridiculous. I just need to to show up standard, no changes just 1 for horizontal and vertical, aspect ratio in tact, but I can't make it stop. What's a permenant solution to this short of making a custom effect that's just scale at its default settings. Help!
