IMS Express Talk Problem

Hi,

I puchased my IMS and Express talk bundle today.

I could not make on-hold system to work. I tried 3 different computers and different network settings. I already spent 4 hours on this settings...

I do not have any firewall or restrictions..

When i place the call on hold, I am able to listen on-hold music 1-2 seconds..

Most of the time no music at all.

Any solutions..

I had the same problem. I found a solution when the start prompt (see Group Tab) in Axon was set.

I am having the same problem, I tried setting the start prompt in Axon, but when i put on hold, it plays for 1-2 secs than silent
