We purchased Express Accounts in September 2024. In November 2024 the Income Statement and Balance Sheet would not calculate the entire month for Wages and Salaries, Employer EI and Employer CPP expense although the General Ledger showed the correct amounts. This problem corrected itself at the end of the year. The same thing happened in March 2025 and corrected itself at the end of the year. Now in 2026 the same problem of three weeks missing of Wages and Salaries, Ei and CPP Employer Expense occurred on April 5th, 2026. This error entails manual calculations of the correct Balance FWD and correction to Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Express Accounts were informed and gave a ticket # yet all correspondence indicates that this software bug is not something they intent to fix in a timely expeditious manner to bring closure to this problem.
