Video inside of my Transparency is small

I put two videos inside of my tracks, one and two. I use my effect mask and make a rectangular mask, then I use the transparency for #2.

But the video inside of #1 is smaller and wherever I cut it down is where #1 shows up, is there any way to make the inlay video show up full screen but in the box?

Place the background image on track 2 and the image to be in the box on track 1.

Create the desired mask size for track 2. Add the Transparency effect and set Opacity to zero.

If you want the inserted image on track 1 to be larger, apply the Scale, Position or Motion effects to fit it into the masked area.

Thank you that was a big help, Seems motion does the trick for me, But can you use the polygon mask on #1 video so make say a plane look like its in the sky of # 2 video?

Grab a transparent airplane .png file from a clipart WEB site, then superimpose it over a background. No mask needed. Tweak it with the Motion effect.
