This software has suddenly stopped functioning correctly! I downloaded the updated version 13.02, not knowing I would have to purchase a new license, so I decided to use the unlicensed version since we're a very small operation. At the end of last month when we ran reports for an owner's draw, the reports are not picking up any income from my main account! I have reverted to version 12.02, and it's still doing the same thing. This renders the software completely unusable to run my business. I can run the exact same report I ran at the end of 2025 and I get $0 income. For the entire year. I have a printed report that shows my income before this problem began, but now I don't even know if I should trust those numbers. Is anyone else having this problem?? I am incredibly frustrated and almost ready to ditch this program altogether!
