Problem with Switch Plus on OS10

I used Switch before - worked great. With a new computer, I downloaded it and now it seems to be called Switch Plus. The format looks nothing like before and there seems to be no way to convert .wav to .mp3 In fact .wav files can't be opened at all.

Is there some way to get the original Switch?

well actually i think you have 2 separate issues there.

1) to get switch free go here : http://nch.com.au/switch/index.html

2) i'm not sure what is causing your other problem, but then i dont really know what you mean when you say "there seems to be no way to convert wav to mp3", its almost like you are saying the options are not there.

That's correct - there seem to be no options for converting. I did download switch - problem was it was a complsetely different "switch" than the one I had doanloaded a few weeks ago. Tried twice in fact.

any chance you could send me a screenshot of what your switch looks like? send it to me via email. something very weird is going on here.
