First thing to try...
Clear the PhotoStage cache.
Open the application and navigate to Options > General > Cache, then click the "Clear Cache" button. For a more thorough cleanup, note the "Default cache folder" path listed there, navigate to that folder in your file explorer, and manually delete the files.
