Exporting project to USB

I have Photostage V12 ,from which I have exported my project to a USB, in MP4, but now I have added "Audio" to the project , it will not play the Audio when I play it on my television.( or my pc)

I have read some of the forums replies, and been on the PhotoStage help line, but the "figures" suggested, don't seem have the same to those when I enter the options to "Save"- export, in particular when I open the "Default Quality / file size"

If anyone could give me the settings which I need to enter into these options, (I could post a "snip" of what I have, if I knew how to do it on this forum.) I could email if that's an option

You can post a link to a screenshot or file here. Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share or Copy. Copy the result and paste it here. When using Google Drive on a PC, click SHARE | SHARE and change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.**

You might also share the file that was saved to the USB. Someone will check it out. Default mp4 export settings are usually satisfactory.
