Pierre281 Hello, My goal is to set the number of tracks in preferences, because I am working all the time only on one track. I know I can delete tracks manually at the opening of MixPad, but I would prefer to set it definitively in preferences. How to do it ?
borate Try this... Save a one‑track template: Start a new project, delete all but one track. Save this empty one‑track project as something like “SingleTrackTemplate.mpp”. When you want to work on one track, open this file and immediately do File → Save As to a new name. Because MixPad allows “unlimited” tracks and only exposes add/insert/delete per project, there is currently no documented way to set a global “1‑track only” default in preferences.
