Emailing invoices

Just added Express Invoice Plus but cannot get it to email out the invoices. Says I need to use an SMTP account and when I try to do that says email authentication user and password not accepted.

I am in Canada and have an lhpadmintelus.net email and put this in for username and the password for it but still message. It is run through a Google account so |I am not sure if that is causing issues.

I also have Sage 50 running as my current invoice program but went to NCH for $100 a year instead of $1200 a year -- any help -- perhaps I'm using wrong user and password -- any tech guys with remote service can help if need be?
