PicoPDF allows resizing PDF pages through its print-to-new-PDF workflow or page editing features, converting your large 594.8 mm x 843.1 mm pages (roughly A1 size) to standard A4 (210 mm x 297 mm).
Steps to Resize in PicoPDF
Open your PDF file in PicoPDF. Go to the Print function (File > Print), select "Microsoft Print to PDF" or a similar virtual PDF printer as the output destination, then choose A4 as the Paper Size in the print dialog.
Under Page Resize options, select "Fit to Paper Size" to scale content automatically to A4 dimensions, adjust orientation if needed (portrait for standard A4), preview the changes, and print/save the new PDF.
Saving the Resized File
The print process generates a new A4-sized PDF file; save it with a distinct name to preserve your original. For batch resizing multiple pages, ensure "All" is selected in the page range during printing.
