How would I create optional notes within a score? Such notes would have noteheads smaller than normal noteheads -- somewhat like grace notes, but actually occupying beats within a score. The grace note feature doesn't seem to work for this purpose, and changing the notehead shape doesn't quite look right. The closest I have come to a suitable notation option is to change the color of the notes, say to battleship grey. It would be nice if one of the notehead options was just a smaller version of the standard notehead.
