"MoneyLine 4.02 does not support directly editing multiple posted transactions simultaneously in the register, especially for recurring ones already posted through December. These transactions are treated as individual entries once posted, not as a linked group editable in bulk.
Edit Posted Transactions
Select transactions in the register by holding Ctrl (or Shift for a range), right-click, and choose Edit, but changes apply only to selected ones individually—amount updates require confirming each dialog separately. For many entries like your 12 monthly supermarket ones, repeat the process: filter by payee/amount/date, select all matching via Ctrl+A after filter, then edit one by one.
Update Recurring Template
Access Scheduled Transactions (likely via Tools or Accounts menu), locate the "supermarket" template, edit its amount to $200, and repost future instances. Past posted transactions remain unchanged; delete/recreate them manually if needed, or use Find/Replace if available under Edit menu for payee-specific fields (test on a backup first, as version 4.02 limits batch amount edits).
Alternatives
Export register to CSV (File > Export), edit amounts in Excel via find/replace for "supermarket" rows, then import back—verify totals post-import.
Filter register for the supplier/amount, copy-paste adjusted amounts across selected cells if grid editing allows (right-click test required).
Backup your file first (File > Backup) to avoid data loss during bulk attempts."
