How do I set Project End point?

This honestly shouldn’t be an issue, but I am using MixPad to… well, mix tracks together, but NOWHERE can I find an option to export the mixdown without the 10 minutes of extra silence the project created on its own, nor can I find anywhere to shorten the project in any method. No option to trim to tracks length or even manually adjust the end time in Project Settings.

I tried selecting all the clips and tracks and just exporting those, but it added 3 minutes of silence BEFORE the beginning of the audio!

This shouldn’t be an issue but it is, and no amount of Google searching has helped, and AI is even more useless because it assumes there should be options I just looked for exist.

So please, how do I edit project length‽
