Can't get snap to work

Hi,

I'm a new user and I can't get snapping to work. I've enabled the grid lines, but clips still don't snap when I pull them around. Been searching the web and had ChatGPT do a deep research, but can't find anaything. Not sure if I do some super simple mistake or if this some sort of local bug to me?

Does anyone have any ideas?

When grid lines are visible, clips you drag will snap to the nearest grid division (bars/beats or time units).

If that's not the case, try reinstalling the program. Here's the latest.

Tried uninstalling and installing from the link, but still no snapping with the grid lines on. The support link I can't use since I'm not paying for Mixpad (at least not yet as something basic as snapping doesn't seem to work). Any other tips? Could I be doing some silly mistake?

The support link should be good, even if your Mixpad is unregistered, but a response isn't guaranteed. Check back here from time to time.

There's a toggle button "magnet with grid" to toggle clip snapping to grid. Please use it. Thank you
