Superscript in text

I want to put some formulas in as text so I need superscript. It works in the editing pane but not in the preview pane. Any ideas? Thanks.

File a bug report or suggestion by clicking the chevron at the top-right of the VP window.

The kludge for this is to create two text files, one above the other.

Using effects on the upper-track clip, position and scale the text...

Or compose text as transparent .png file and superimpose it.

Thanks. It will have to be the transparent .png as I want to do formulas with just a superscript "2" (for squared) and the other method would be very fiddly.
