How can I create a blank (solid-color) clip with custom width and height

Hi! I need help with creating a solid-color clip of a specific size in VideoPad.

I want to place a small colored rectangle over part of my video to cover my face on one slide. I tried adding a blank clip (Add Blank Clip), but VideoPad only lets me move it with Position. I cannot stretch it or resize it manually using Scale.

Use Crop. Drag the handles in the preview window to any desired size. Note the preset aspect ratio choices as well.
