My problem is a movie with poor quality

Contessa_Donatella

1993 WOMAN ON A LEDGE. I used Clipgrab to get it off of YouTube. I think the original is a RIP off of viewer vhs. Lots of lines. Etc. I put the first 12 min, on my google drive. Is there anything I can do to clean it up?

Thanks for your time, attention & any suggestions!!

You can toy with various effects, but it's doubtful they will improve this old VHS grab.

If the video that you accessed has switching pulses at the bottom use CROP or ZOOM to take them out.
