Thanks but the same issue reoccurs. I really don't understand how this can happen. The file you sent clearly appears as 13.21 in the download folder. When I commence downloading it I get an error "the installer could not be downloaded. Check firewall and internet settings" BUT it does install correctly but as 17.51.
I then uninstalled the 17.51 and disabled all firewall settings and downloaded your file again. Same result 17.51 appears and my code obviously won't license it.
To my albeit limited way of thinking the 17.51 cannot be coming off my machine as I uninstalled all reference to NCH and videopad, even going into regedit and killing anything that looked related. On the other hand I cannot believe that all 13.21 files coming from you and oldversions are actually 17.51. I'm at a loss. This is/was a great product that I loved. I'm sure it still is 🙂
