Hello, I just tested hot-keys on my Mac and it did work for me. Can you please give me more information about your computer? What OS are you using? Do you have an Intel Mac or Apple Silicon. When you open Settings and go to the Hot-Keys tab, have you confirmed that Enable system-wide hot-keys is selected? When the pop-up asking to Enable function keys comes up, do you select Enable?
