Running_Out_Of_Patience I have VideoPad Professional v17.26. Basically, when I drag-and-drop my iPhone video files from my desktop folder onto the VideoPad "Videos" tab: The preview thumbnail is not displaying properly, so you only see the blue default film strip, Upon placing the .MOV file onto the video track, the video is black, but You can still hear the audio and see the soundwaves on the audio track. A work-around that kinda-sorta solves this issue would be to use a screen recorder, save the captured footage, and upload THAT footage onto VideoPad; however, upon doing so, the FPS gets reduced and the final video looks choppy after you export it. I have also tried changing the file type to .mp4, but that still didn't work. And no, the iPhone video files are NOT corrupted and play just fine on VLC Media Player.
Running_Out_Of_Patience It has worked. Thank you very much. Was there a bug in the software that prevented iPhone videos from uploading properly?
borate Appears so. Despite beta testing, bugs can go undiscovered until a user stumbles upon them with a specific action or file.
