Can PicoPDF set page transitions?

Trying out PicoPDF as a replacement to my current editor, which is getting old. While it still works, in order to update/upgrade the vendor has switched to a subscription model which I do not care to support.

One of the tools in that current editor is the ability to set transitions - such as Fade, Split, Blinds - between pages. Is this possible in Pico? A quick look through the menus did not reveal this...
