Cannot find a way to change saved Text

I am using Drawpad since this week to add text to photos. While editing the photos, I can see layers and change the text. When I open a saved photo with the added text, I can not see a way to correct or change the old text. I can only add new text layers. Is there a way to change existing text on a photo or did I buy the wrong software?

Thank You. Would have been good to know this before I saved it as JPG. Is this the same with Photopad? Would Photopad be a better alternative to Drawpad and could I switch the software?

Should be the same procedure with any photo editor. In Photopad the editable format is PPB. Only when all edits are complete would a .jpg, .png, etc. be saved.

Doubtful that you can swap the programs, but NCH apps can be test driven for a trial period, even if they aren't registered. Check PP out, to see if it better suits your needs.
