I think it will be easier if I just purchase videopad again. I don't want to waste my money and run into the same problem again with the new version but when I used the free version some months back, I didn't get green screen or any problem.
Is anyway I can ensure if I buy the latest version, I'm not going to waste my money?
Basically videopad worked fine and I used my licence... I was using the version that I paid for. I think the problem was when I changed my laptop, I think my new laptop probably didn't have much memory or whatever, so the version I've got doesn't work on my current laptop.
I didn't realise this was why I was having issues with video pad and I deleted it from my laptop. I found I was unable to grasp how to edit with other softwares and I now want to use videopad again; this is the only editor I'm able to use as I'm not very technical.
Please kindly advise.
Personally, I don't think it's right I have to buy it again... I've got a licence and I am not able to connect to the right version. I've tried many versions in the above list and they don't work on my laptop.
If the free version is the same as the version I end up purchasing, then I should be alright but someone please guide me on on that point.
Thank you in advance.
