Hello @[deleted],
about the editing preview window. So that's the problem with the 2 bracket markers and the pointer which must be placed into that area between if I want to use th opposite marker. That's not very handy. Why is there no remove / clear both start & end markers / reset function for them so that I can move the pointer free to any position I want and decide to set start or end? Similar like other tools do it (VirtualDub / AviDemux etc).
Dragging the pointer to left / right side through the video isn't the best solution too when you want to move quickly to a far away video position. In this case you have to zoom out or show entire video scale first.
Watermark does not work even not with latest version 17.30. In case of any moving WM nothing was changed in the new created video. In case of static WM it does just place some strange colored thing on the place where I did set the WM to remove. Its not transparent and far away from that what DeLogo / ffmpeg does. By the way, in WM window to set the area to remove the WM is not zoom function and the window itself is static and can't be changed in size. How to set an accurate selection in that case? So that's not clever done too. Also, why does VPad create an entire new video instead just creating the sequence I have in timeline? Why is it not possible to set WM remover to specific time ranges like you normally can do with anything else. Somehow this WM remover feature looks more like a quickly done shot just to have some WM remover function in VP itself. Again, its very disappointing! So if you say that it works for you then I'm surprised about it. Where is the example video from the Youtube video you guy's did use the static WM remover? Just would like to see whether this example works in my case too or not like in the YT video. But I also did wonder why you didn't make a video how to remove the moving watermark function which should be the more interesting one but there you guy's made nothing. So my first thought about it was its just a fake / pseudo made feature only.
About subtitles. So that makes me super sad that this isn't working as it should be. I said already that I have some displaying issues with some random text in black color below the real subtitle text which pop ups randomly. So the only possibly reason for this problem could be that the developer coding guy's are using to low buffer's to store the subtitle text parts into or the subtitle text parts gets not copied with an 0 byte at the end and some rest sting data gets also shown then which was stored before in same buffer. So there is definitively a buffer problem in latest version too. In the older version there was no problem with that only missing line break for long subtitle text parts. So in both cases I can't use subtitle to burn it on video. You guy's really should check that before some more to prevent releasing too much buggy app's.
The problem that some subtitle text getting added more than one time in a row was reported a linger while ago and you didn't fixed this yet.
SRT files getting displayed normally with time stamps on left window.
VTT files are not displayed correctly after reaching one minute of time. "01:01.690" (one minute and one second etc) is displayed in VP as "1:01:01.690" what means VP does add an hour into time stamp. Its just reading it wrong what makes using of VTT unusable.
SSA files are working to display time stamps correctly. Only in case of VTT VP does not handle the time stamps correctly.
Here a image about the subtitle problem showing text which should be not shown. I hope you can see that image on forum because on preview forum it was not to see. Just bad that you don't have any user attachment function enabled.

Also when loading a subtitle each time it does change the letter size / color. Why does the letter size reset?
PS: My subtitles aren't corrupt or buggy. All tools can handle them only VP has issues. My suggestion for you dev guy's is to TEST your code before releasing it. Thanks.
