DVD spine size changes do not work, cut template too faint.

Hello, I have the registered version of the software. When I change the DVD spine size to 7mm it does not change the position of the template lines.
Also, the is there a way to darken or thicken the template lines? Even with the option selected they are too faint to be legible.
