!!!!!URGENT: Recent update disables paid licenses on MacOS!!!!!

Hello to the community and to the developers:

Please note your recent update to the Mac version of Express Scribe Pro has booted off paying users. I purchased Express Scribe Pro in June 2020 through the Apple App store and can provide a record of my purchase.

Even so, your new update to the app has kicked me out of the software, saying it is unlicensed and that I must opt for a 7-day trial and an 8.99 monthly fee. This is not correct and it is fraud to put an update on that ignores previous purchase of the software. I use this software for work and would like this address immediately. This is not okay! I'm on Sequoia 15.4.1 and am up to date on my MaCOS.

I need a fix today!

Here's a link to registration support. Your issue has been forwarded to the company.

For now, if you have the install file from the previous release you might revert.

Hello, NCH has updated to a subscription version of our Mac apps. For current purchase users, we are providing one year of a subscription free of charge as we understand that this is a big change.

To enable the one year free subscription, click on the Restore purchases link in the subscription dialog.

If you are not getting the one year free after following these steps, please follow up with the support team as recommended by borate above.
