Just got a new laptop, worked for years with express scribe on old laptop with no problems now it won’t work in the background with word, system wide hot keys enabled but only will work when ES is in focus, contacted support but only advice has been a link to how to enable hot keys which has been no help, any advice please? Tearing my hair out with this!
