Video Pad is refusing to import video from its local directory

Video Pad is refusing to import video from its local directory nothing I can do today will import this afternoon when it worked fine.

This afternoon nothing has changed but it won't drag drop video, has copy written on it, and won't drag drop onto the software.

Am using Windows 1 and your software is the latest.

It's unclear where this problem lies. Does VP refuse to import files from the PC to its media bin (top-left)? Or is it not allowing clips in the bin to move to the timeline?

You mention that you have the latest, but what version is that? Click the three-lines menu, then HELP | ABOUT. Does the text mention "64-bit?"

Try rebooting, and reinstalling. No need to uninstall first. Here's a 64-bit release to test. Ignore any virus warnings.
