Clips not used were deleted. That's done by selecting ALL clips in each bin, checking the "apply to all" button and clicking CANCEL (not Delete). Numerous audio pops and flash frames were excised. Some may have been overlooked. A new VPJ was saved.
Some thoughts...
Be aware that dissolves across clips with different aspect ratios can cause sizing errors at the dissolve point. It's best to adjust the A/R of clips prior to making the transition. Some clips in your original were stretched, but not annoyingly so. A few were corrected.
To spot unwanted snippets that can cause flash frames or problems with transitions it may be necessary to expand the timeline nearly fully with the bottom-right slider.
The archival nature of the project doesn't require a UHD export, so 1080 was used at 50fps. Note the mp4 container and letterbox export settings.
