Editing Window Tool Bar Lock

Got a question that I have not been able to find in the database an answer for,so I will put it to the community to see if indeed there is a way.

In the editing window, the tool bar on the bottom, when you detach the window and enlarge it to full screen, the tool bar with all the editing buttons falls below screen bottom, essentially it "hides" until the mouse is moved to the bottom of the screen, when it will pop back up for usage.

IS there a way through the options or any other related settings within the application itself to lock this tool bar in the editing window when it is detached from the application itself?

This can be tricky.

If you want the bar visible, click the mouse pointer on the timeline ribbon... .

Then use the spacebar to start or stop play.

If you don't want to see the controls, place the pointer in the picture area. Let the bar collapse and then use <ctrl-spacebar>.
