After having lost my laptop (sparing the sob story) am attempting to use the android app. I was excited to find PC backups in the cloud. However when attempting to restore encounter the message "There was an error when restoring the data".
At first believed this was incompatibility between PC and app, however receive the same message restoring a backup made from the app (which it allows me to do).
Could it be a permission error? I've given it everything it asked for but noted it didn't ask for files other than music and videos (and don't see a way to grant it more permission than it asked for)
