What new Videopad features or improvements would you most like to see?

What could be made smoother or enhanced? Perhaps there's something missing that you would appreciate.

Please take a minute to voice your top-priority here. It will be seriously considered.

Both auto-motion tracking and speed keyframing make my wish list. What's yours??

While dragging a fade point (waveform view) show the value (=gain), like it was in previous versions.

Possibility to change clip volume not only for one, but for several clips (=all selected or grouped)

That's already possible.

Select the clip, apply the effect, then click the button on the effects toolbar that has the green checkmark.

Ooops... I tried that before, but it didn't work. I just tried it again and it worked. Seems I did something wrong. Thanks for the advice!

Still works, but the behavior has changed from earlier VP incarnations. Don't click on a fade point (keyframe). Hover instead.

If you put a clip into the timeline, you can add its video and audio effects. But if you put a sequence into the timeline, you can only add video effects. I'd like to edit the audio effects or to add a fade in, etc.

Right-click the embedded sequence and save as a new audio file.

Place that file on a track directly below the MUTED original. Edit the new track.

Hi borate, I know this "workaround", but to be honest, this is very dissatisfying. It should be the same for clips and sequences.

Don't embed - Copy instead.

<ctrl-A>, <ctrl-C> Go to new sequence. <ctrl-V>.

I'm really very sorry, I don't want to answer back, but this is a workaround again. Why should I do that? Why do you think embedding exists? For not using it? That doesn't make any sense to me. No hard feelings!

However, one thing is for sure: It would be a nice improvement, if you could add audio effects, too.

For specific videos I also use a 360 degree cam, the GoPro Max. GoPro has some really excellent cams, but their editing software (GoPro Player) for the 360 degree clips is very far from excellent 😕. So it would be great, if I could use Videopad to work with the original 360 degree clips (extension .360).

PS: I know I can convert the .360 files to .mp4 with the GoPro Player, but the quality loss is crazy and unacceptable. Besides that it makes a black hole in the sky and the ground (vertical axis, directly below and above the cam). So this is no alternative.
