AI, which isn't always accurate, offers these suggestions. Worth a try...
"Open your image in PhotoPad.
Go to the Retouch tab.
Select the Remove Object tool.
Use the brush to carefully paint over the white spot on the eye. Adjust the brush size for precision.
Click the Remove Object button. PhotoPad will use AI to fill in the selected area with surrounding textures, blending the spot with the rest of the eye.
If the result is not perfect, use the Undo button and try refining your selection for a more accurate result.
For further refinement, you can use the Clone or Healing tools (if available) to manually touch up the area and restore a natural appearance
Use a small brush size for detailed work around the eyes.
If you accidentally select too much, switch to the Eraser tool to remove unwanted brush strokes before clicking Remove Object
.Repeat the process if needed for both eyes or multiple spots."
