Sync issues on exporting

I'm using a paid-for license of v17.13

No matter what output options I specify, I'm getting sync issues between the audio and video. I'm trying to get 1080p, MP4, not bothered what frame rate so long as there's no sync issues.

Any suggestions anyone?

What are the PC's specs: CPU/GPU/RAM?

Two missing files...

But the 24-minute available content is synchronized, both in preview and H265 export at 1080 mp4, using this Videopad release.

Confirm that the PC's video driver and Direct-X are current.
