Hi,
I just purchased an upgrade of WavePad Master Edition, and noticed there are only two computers are allowed to install. When I try to install the 3rd and 4th notebooks, it registration number is blocked.
I have submitted ticket regarding to allow at least four activations ( 1 PC, 3 notebooks ) as shown below,
1. Use sign in credential with user's email and password to track only one signed-in Wavepad will be enabled and logout other Wavepad or computers.
2. Allows at least 4-5 times activations because I have one PC and three notebooks, and I am the only person that use Wavepad software.
3. Add a submitted tickets tracker features to the user's portal, so I can track tickets submitted.
The reason is, I have a PC Windows 11 Desktop computer, a heavy developer notebook Lenovo Y580, an old two core Compaq CQ45 with lightscribe CD burner and lastly a super lite Fujitsu Futro MU937 for casual usage in the morning at coffee cafe.
I am not sure any good to post it here, may be anyone with similar problem can share their solutions here. It will be good for NCH Software to enable user to sign in using their credential email and password on either one of the Wavepad software installed computer, and may be limits the activation count to 5 times at least because I still have old two core and older generation of notebooks.
Nevertheless, alternative solution is like the tracking mechanism used by Affinity software where it track only one instant of copy is allowed to run and logout the second via user login email and password, such feature allowed me to install more than four computers easily.
