JPG to SVG for Easel

Trying to create an SVG file from a JPG scanned image and when importing to Easel, it doesn't like the SVG file. I would download a screenshot if it was allowed in this topic screen.

If using Google Drive, right-click on the file, click SHARE | SHARE and change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
