SInce november '24 I'm a mac user. Trying out Wavepad for the first time (now on Mac Studio M4max), and it looks very promising.
As long time PC Sound Forge pro user I am used to using regions to cut for instance recorded standup-comedy shows into pieces, title them, and export them.
But now my question: If I want to cut audio in pieces using Wavepad I am missing the snap function. So I select the first few minutes, create a region.
The second region should start where the first region ends. In SF I used to find the next cut point and then drag back and snap to the first region-ending.
Is this possible in Wavepad (20.06)? I tried many key-combinations, but didn't find a snap-function and in the manual the word snap isn't mentioned once.
