Split aspect ratios

Please help as I've spent the last two nights up till 2 in the morning.

Is there a way to export a video with two different ratios on the finished project?

Basically I've spent two month creating a video from several different clips. Most are 16:9 (video down the centre with black borders) but the first clip is full screen. Everything went well when I exported the video to my laptop. However when I transferred it to my phone ready to upload to a Whatsapp group the 16:9 became very small.
Spent the first night and most of tonight trying different things to fix the problem. About 20 exports later I fix the issue with using crop and zoom with a 1296 x 2304 resolution. However one downside to this is that it has also cropped the first screen and ideally I'd love to try and keep that clip without the crop. Is there a way to do this?

I'm using Videopad Professional v 11.08

I really need to get some sleep before work tomorrow and I may be away from my laptop for most of the next 40 hours but I'll try and add any more info asap if required.

While editing, clips can be sized in various ways. Right-click a clip in the bin (top-left) and Change Aspect Ratio.

Or perhaps use an effect to Letterbox or Crop to Aspect Ratio. The export dialog offers many A/R and resolution options...

Upload a few clips, with info on how you want them to look on a specific device. Someone here will make recommendations.

Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share or Copy. Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, click SHARE | SHARE and change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.**

Yes it was needing the editing done while the clip was in the bin and scaling it. Took a little while but got there in the end. Thank you.
