I am not able to enter a second line of text in the description area by using alt + enter. I was told this was the proper way to do this. I have also tried shift + enter, but it does not work either.
Is there another way to enter a second line of text?
Right now I am just creating another line of sale with a quantity of zero. But that doesn't seem like the proper way to do this.
