Paid for Crescendo and TwelveKeys, focused on TwelveKeys currently. I add a track and I get a huge mess which says almost every note is appearing most all of the time. This is not useful. How is this helpful ? The crude "gain" control helps identify those which are more prominent but seems obvious to me a filter based on prominence would begin to make this useful. Further to never be able to see just behind the current point in the track also. The help for the tool is so basic as to be useless. It walks through the controls. This tool doesn't look serious about doing anything but displaying so frequency spectrum content. Let's add coloring the notes ? having to look down constantly to see the note is not useful.
Is anyone using this software successfully to transcribe music ? any suggestions, pointers, even a basic tutorial from the vendor ?
