This is happening to me also. It has never happened before until I did a system recovery recently. After the recovery I reinstalled my Videopad (v 10.48) and the window is small every time I open the program now (I don't know why). Each time I open videopad now, I click on menu in the top left corner, go down to "view" and then over and down to "restore default layout" and left click on that to get the normal size window. I have screenshots of how it looks, but not sure how to add them to this post. I know my version of Videopad is old, but I have never felt the need to update it because it has worked so well for me.
